Thank you for shopping with Diamond Ember Candle. All of our products are handmade with care, and we take pride in delivering your order as safely and promptly as possible.

🕯️ Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for us to handcraft, package, and process your order.
During high-volume periods (like holidays or sales), processing may take up to 10 business days.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. We’ll contact you via email if delays occur.

🚚 Shipping Time & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States only using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

🚫 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require reshipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is stolen or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your item arrives damaged, email us at bydiamondember@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine next steps.

☀️ Warm Weather Advisory

During warmer months, candles may soften or melt during transit. We recommend choosing expedited shipping to minimize the risk. We are not responsible for heat-related damage after shipment.
